    Toronto Pearson employees are now eligible to receive a 10% discount on Car Care Services! Car Care offers convenient, quality car cleaning and detailing services in Terminal 1. From a basic exterior wash to full interior detail, attendants are professionally trained to deliver exceptional results on all vehicles.

    How to schedule an appointment?

    • You can contact Indigo Car Care by phone at 416-776-2810 Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. to schedule Car Care service at a discounted rate. Evenings, weekends and holidays you can send an email to YYZcarcare@gtaa.com and an Indigo attendant will contact you during business hours. In your email, please be sure to indicate:
      • Employee name and phone number
      • Preferred dates and times
      • Car care package of choice
      • Vehicle make, model and license plate

    Please note: A minimum of 12-hour notice is required. Once the booking is confirmed, an email confirmation will be sent outlining booked date, time, and car care package selected.


    What are the prices?

    • One day of parking at Terminal 1 is included with the purchase of any Car Care package. All subsequent related parking fees are applicable, based on Daily Parking Rates
    • Toronto Pearson employees will receive 10% discount of posted Car Care rates (please see the posted Car Care rates in the chart below).
    • Toronto Pearson employees must present their RAIC or other GTAA-issued identification to be eligible for discount.

    All prices include tax. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and are subject to change.


    Where do I drop off my car?

    • Enter through Terminal 1 Express Park, follow the signs to the Car Care drop off zone located on Level 5 of the parking garage. Use the Car Care phone to request service through our Car Care Representative.
    • An Indigo Customer Service Representative will collect your vehicle keys and issue a claim ticket.


    Where do I pick up my car?

    • As per program criteria, Indigo will require that the vehicle remain for a minimum of six hours.
    • When the wash is completed, Indigo will notify you via email.
    • To make payment and retrieve your vehicle keys, please go to the Customer Service Desk located at 5West lobby.
