To maintain safe, secure and efficient operations at Toronto Pearson, all non-operational activities including commercial filming/photography must be approved through the GTAA before commencing.
All Activity and Filming Permit requests will be handled by the Customer and Terminal Services department.
Activity Permits are required for (but not limited to) such events as: holiday parties or receptions, airline anniversary events, barbecues, charitable events, airport surveys, tours, and greeter's booth rentals.
To obtain an Activity Permit, applicants must carry a minimum of $2 million commercial general liability insurance,accept the Terms and Conditions and complete the application form below.
If you are conducting an activity/event in either Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, please be aware that location availability and date will be assessed based on the impact to Terminal operations and therefore, may not be guaranteed. Alternative dates will be suggested by the GTAA. For these requests the turn around time will be at least 20 business days prior to the date of your activity. Any activity being conducted in a restricted area that requires equipment, decor or any type of material must be accompanied by a Material Movement Form.
