Annual Public Meeting

Each year, in early in May, we hold an Annual Public Meeting to talk about the management, operation, and maintenance of Toronto Pearson International Airport. The Chair of the Board and the President and Chief Executive Officer review the year and the Chief Financial Officer gives an overview of our financial performance.

Our Annual Public Meeting will take place on May 14, 2026.

Please join us in person or virtually for the Annual Public Meeting of Toronto Pearson Airport, where we will share an overview of our 2025 financials and achievements. Get insights into GTAA’s 10-year strategy and discover our vision to put the joy back into travel by making Toronto Pearson the chosen place to fly and for employment.

Presentations will be followed by a question period for the public.

The in-person meeting will be conducted in English with closed-captioned French translation, and simultaneous sign language interpretation in ASL and LSQ. The virtual meeting will be available in English and French. Closed caption and simultaneous sign-language interpretation in ASL and LSQ will be accessible.

The event will be recorded and made available on this website following the meeting.

While advance registration to attend the meeting is not mandatory, please register your interest in attending either in person or virtually by completing the registration form to help us deliver a successful event.

Parking is available onsite and free for attendees. Upon arrival, attendees will need to scan our parking QR code at the event registration and provide their car details.
